Spacing on any examples, so I'll just give a shout out to GURPS Social Engineering. Sadly, I got it after my tablet went kaput, and I haven't replaced said tablet, so I have to read it while sitting at my desktop. Where I rarely remember to read it while I actually have the time to do so. Or I do but I really want to play a game instead. XP
From what I have read, it's good! It doesn't preclude having traditional combat in the setting, but helps game-ify social interactions. Though it will let you gloss over combat if the group does want to focus on just the eponymous social engineering. Being GURPS, adapting it to other systems is doable. Just don't try and force a 1-for-1 transfer, but instead look at the underlying concepts. I think. If I haven't ready the whole thing, ya think I'd be stupid enough to try and convert it to another TTRPG system?
Okay, that's fair, but in this instance, no I haven't. ;)
