Ah, grandparents...always finding "cute" things for their grandchildren to wear, and parents...using said things for future embarrassment for their children.
And all the kiddies are dressed as the starter Pokémon from the very first game (Squirtle, Charmander, Bulbasaur) as well as the sort of remakes for the Switch..."Let's Go, Pikachu!" and "Let's Go, Eevee!"
Adorable.
Someone bring out the stuffed pokeballs to let them play with
LOL
That would be a perfect add on to the photos Charlotte and Allison are taking.
good god...EVERYBODY EXCEPT THE TWINS!
but for real. I always had a rocky relationship with Pokemon.
still love it all the same.
Chance and Chloe probably would have put up a fight if they were made to wear anything...that or maybe they're dressed as the Pokémon trainers off camera.
Pokémon is one of those franchises that really hasn't changed much, but still makes money.
well, all in all, after 25 or more years or so of This Inspiring, albeit Avant Gaurde series, It just goes to show that you should never question
the power of an imaginative autistic child.
I should know, because I knew I was autistic since I was 9.
I mean, I'd say the odds are good that at least one of the kids will be a Pokémon fan when older, if not most of them.
This reminds me of a funny, short story about my eldest nephew. When he was old enough to stand on his own, and about the same height, I tried to get a picture of him standing by my Fortress Maximus (Korean release of what we call Robots in Disguise 2001). I dunno if the toy's face scared him, or if it was because his mom had carried him to my room to take the photo and just set him down and he wanted to be held, but he started crying so we gave up...
...then told him the story when he was like seven. Even now that he's old enough to drive, he's like "I wish baby me had cooperated for the photo." because he's also a Transformers fan. XD
Given Allison is a huge fan, one out of four will certainly get into the franchise.
On one hand, I had a terrible fear of clowns as a kid and my parents dressed me up as one for my first Halloween so maybe i get it
But on the other
who doesn't love Pokemon
Pokémon are made to look cute...at least until their evolutions kick in, then some of them get a lot less "cute".
