Good God (ha)... I don't know what to say about how long it took me to make this. 15 months? Sigh.
I do have ONE excuse... Trenton, born last April, is now 9 months old!
The first few months were kind of hard to do ANYTHING other than go to work and take care of him, except for occasionally getting an hour or two of free time. It's been better for awhile, but falling out of the habit (and story plans) of the comic took their toll, too. I spent MANY days staring at blank pages, with no clear plan of how to layout the battle
scene I had envisioned, but couldn't really... envision on the page, if that makes sense.
(Of course, none of that explains why I didn't update again BEFORE he was born, and that was also because of the story-boarding problems, but also getting obsessed with another project for WAY too long.)
Anyway... I'm back now. I can't say updates will be FREQUENT. But I'm pretty sure I can do a monthish between episodes. And maybe finish the story this year? I would like that of all things.
On the topic of the story itself! It's been a long time, so here's some helpful links to remember what the hell is happening.
The Youngest/Witch was previously with Torin and Elera (who are still with the demon army in Carceri.) She was captured by the Lady of Pain in Episode 255
The Lady of Pain's appearance has altered a bit. Last we saw her looking her full Planescape Boxed Set self was Episode 253, right before Milny shot her.
For reference, her form as the Lady first appeared in Prologue Part 2, and I revealed that that character and the Lady of Pain were the same person in Episode 100.
